Good place to work just was not for me.
Pros
There are a lot of Pros to working for PSEG Nuclear. The big one was the money. It was a hourly paid job that paid well and always had over time for those who wanted it. Other pros of the job were the people that worked with me. The training for the job was really detailed, so there was never a question on how to do a job when in the field.
Cons
Upper management tended to micromanage every little thing which made it hard to work some times. There are a lot of regulations put on the company that made working difficult at some points as well. Forced mandatory over time was the worst part of the job I feel because it didn't matter if it was Christmas or your kids 1rst birthday with out real documentation to get out of work you had to come in.
