      Pros

      Great pay, some of the greatest co workers and good benefits. If you can base your job based on the love for the people you work with in the same position day to day then this is the place to be. Some of the supervisors are beautiful people as well

      Cons

      I have no complaints that I have an interest in putting online. The most I can says is, if you are not willing to put your job before your family this is truly not the place for you.

      Excellent salary plus benefits Plenty of overtime offered on daily basis Good vacation and holiday time off Different shifts available

      Cons

      Stressful.... Sometimes dealing with customer might get difficult but it's well paid. Long days if required for business needs and/or storms that might effect the gas or electric service to customers

      The company has good work life balance and pays well.

      Cons

      The people are disrespectful and they do not know how to treat people well. The glass ceiling is very thick and the health care benefits are not good compared to other companies. The company is also very slow to change and very behind in technology.
