      Pros

      Co-workers are a good set of people. You can always find somebody to answer any questions.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, IT Management is still stuck in the 70's. The lack of knowledge displayed by several managers was the most incredible thing I ever witnessed. People skills along with over all management skills are also in short supply. I expected more from such a company.
