Pros

Company has a great reputation. I am proud to work for PSEG. We have a good bonus program, and PSEG offers the opportunity to choose varying career directions.

Cons

Many PSEG positions (especially field positions) require employees to be on call; this can be disruptive to work-life balance. Currently the market for electricity is on a down turn so revenues are reduced.
