Leadership needs more training and people skills

There is a lot of nepotism. Everyone is related to each other. The yearly salary raises are low, and it takes forever to move up. They also pass employees up for promotions and instead hire from external sources. They dissolve management positions after the manager moves on to other roles and distribute the responsibilities off to everyone else instead of replacing the manager.
