Pros
Always have work, good money, good raises, great benefits and you work with a lot of great guys and hours are amazing and theres so much opportunity for certain people if you can work your way up.
Cons
Going into peoples backyard without them knowing just sucks, i was attacked by dogs in front yards too. Chickens and other animals are also out. Poor communication all around in terms of letting you know what you’re about to walk into. You just never know whats going to happen. Peoples houses are disgusting and i always had to go to some nasty basement or crawl space. I just personally wasn’t happy there i had to move on and it wasn’t where i wanted to be career wise.
