Inexperienced Project Managers, who are not held to accountabilities. A lot of he said/she said, due to the lack of accountabilities. CRAs are disrespected. Company does not pay for home based office internet access. Line management and Project management are a joke. low, low caliber. If you have worked with the large NA companies, that have accountabilities and professional manner, you will not be happy here. Micro managers, do not do their job because they are too busy doing everyone else's. Inexperienced project managers who lack being prepared and thus make it your emergency. Company is not open to suggestions. My way or the highway mentality. HATE it, worse company ever!.

How you would feel in the office, will you get promoted, how you will be treated depends on your location. A lot of great people had left the company due to local managers' bad decisions on promotions and due to empty promises. Too many resourcing decisions left to the local (country) teams.
