Pros

The management is very mindful of employees' needs. Family oriented atmosphere and promotes team work in every aspect of the business. Great place to gain experience.

Cons

Faces competition from the industry as any small business would. Not very strong with capturing business.

treat employees with great respect; have the best HR personnel, researching and providing the best of benefits; they stand by and behind their employees - it's amazing!
