I'm able to work at my own pace and there is good support if you seek it.

Cons

Pay is hourly for a salary-level position, random tasks with immediate deadlines or corrections needed because of lack of management.

Pros

Rewarding working with kids. Can make a difference. Summers and holidays off. No evening or weekends. Autonomous position.

Cons

Health benefits are unaffordable and must work 30 hours/week to qualify. The low pay and expensive benefits make it worthless to move up in the company. No matching 401K or retirement perks. No job security. Work a lot from home unpaid. Managers not available to answer questions because too busy. Cannot work for competition for 18 months after leaving.
