You truly get a front row seat to watching a first rate con-man and professional gaslighter at work with the owner and CEO.

Cons

Regardless of how long you end up making it here, you almost certainly will become a victim of wage theft by he owner. And that’s if you’re salaried, corporate. If you’re an hourly employee or manager, you might want to add the state department of labor to you contacts.

Fun job, good people to work with

Cons

A lot of stress on one person, upper management is a joke, wants you to make their business successful but won't give you tools needed or pay promised. There's no room to move up. They work you to death until you get fed up, no wonder their turnover is high
