Fun job, good people to work with

A lot of stress on one person, upper management is a joke, wants you to make their business successful but won't give you tools needed or pay promised. There's no room to move up. They work you to death until you get fed up, no wonder their turnover is high

There's not any pros for this company anyone that asks about any position for this company I tell them don't do it. They do not take care of the good employees

They will not pay you what they owe you for the hours worked. The upper management does not listen to employees about the needs of the store. The turn over is extremely high from crew members and management from GM to District manager. You will be working on a 3 member team during your shift because of lack of workers. The workers that do show up have no sense of food safety and handling of food cooked and raw. Nor actually follow the standards of Popeyes sets for the store.
