Good benefits but if you don't work then you can bring money to work unless you can't afford anything else.

Cons

Bad weather until you come prepared with proper gear and have plenty of time to prepare.

The people there really care for you and are a wonderful group of people. I learned a lot and everyone has so much experience that they are excited to teach you.

Cons

There isn't much teamwork. No one wants to take responsibility for anything, yet they won't give you very much help if it requires them to do hard work.
