Long working hours salary increments are 1.5 years once Flat hierarchy, do not get promoted

Pros

Employees can choose where they work depending on their employees. Some work at work-at-home, others in an office, etc. In addition, the new office layout has been changed to a new office layout and can be said to be a good place to work.

Cons

The educational environment is not very conducive. Therefore, it is necessary to research and catch up on information by yourself.

New technologies and challenge every 6 months to work on. Company have a clear vision and others department have a good communication and share of the information in general. Salary is good too

Cons

The culture don't necessarily go fully to the department that your work on. Managers at the department level is not good at all and don't do a good job in change management process with employees
