Unstable company that is always undergoing change and having layoffs. Salaries are below market which causes occasional attrition waves in the staff. Senior management says they value employees, but employees often feel that is empty talk.

Poor culture. Really struggling to define themselves following the ThingWorx and Axeda acquisitions. No loyalty to the employees. Lack of trust between executive staff and knowledge workers. Low pay relative to the market. No employee stock purchase plan. Lack of collaboration tools.
