Non adequate way for hiring and managing people - european HRs and managers are trying to find local people with a little knowledge about local labor market. Too many changes in the company - too many managers with a "personal working style". No career opportunities - the main paradigm for hiring people for management positions - "as far from the gate as betteer". Nobody cares about people.

No coherent product-strategy. Acquisitions reminds of a spoilt child at a do-it-yourself store, buying a few things and scrapping what could not be made sense of. Zero focus on customer or employees. Some employees had reduction in base salary and an increase in variable pay to show net increase. Dog-eat-dog culture. NO work-life balance.
