      Pros

      Great benefits, Flexible work hours depending on project strong career progression support.

      Cons

      Management will push you to do work and ask you not to bill the time worked. Often have 60-70 hour work weeks. High amount of travel (was told I would travel 70% of the time when in reality I traveled every week unless there was a holiday.)

      Generous time off, quarterly bonuses, casual dress code, great coworkers

      Cons

      Lack of training surrounding overly complicated processes and tools that are needed to do your job. Sink or swim mentality. Constant RIFs creates chaos and instability. Slow advancement.
