      The politics of DC right here in Needham.....

      Pros

      The company has fair compensation and great benefits. It's a great place for interns or first year college grads to get started.

      Cons

      The politics and nepotism stifles the ability to get things done. Advancement only comes to individuals that are in the inner circle, so the best people are rarely promoted, particularly in Marketing. Overall it's not a good environment to work in.

      Flexibility, people, number of vacation days (if you can use them).

      Cons

      Poor pay, little opportunity for advancement, promises are often not kept and direction changes constantly.

      Pros

      You might get a lovely window to look out to enjoy the view and beautiful weather while you are stuck in there on nights, Saturdays, and Sundays. There's also a fantastic garage where someone might give you a little love bump and dent your car but won't leave a note.

      Cons

      Salary is a joke! I had internships that paid better.There is no internal career growth. Everytime someone leaves they hire from outside to replace them. Management only cares about revenue.
