Anti Employee- stay away unless you are in a dire situation

Pros

flexible work life balance, great PTO once you complete 4 years, benefits are at par with other companies in Boston. Plenty of career growth opportunities, because people above you are leaving every other day.

Cons

One of the lowest paying companies in the Boston area. Employee promotions and bonuses are not tied to the employees performance but with the company's performance. The company has not done well in the last couple years to share any bonuses with individual contributors, causing high attrition. Some disgraceful managers openly talk about buying cheap labor by hiring non-immigrants who are dependent on the company's work visa, to get the work done.

People leaving the ship for a reason.

Pros

You can find a decent group, but they're rare.

Cons

Executive team can't agree on anything. No use of data. Executives giving themselves bonuses while they're on a hiring and pay freeze. Siloed business units. Chasing bad deals. No professional development. Petty games used to manipulate employees. No foresight, innovation, or imagination.
