      The company is really good. But It all depends on the Manager and the values of the peson that supervises you.

      You live to work and not vise versa - life balance does not exist. The Manager, although smart and driven, dismissed lives of people around, made people work 14-16 hour days, weekends and holidays, was rude, arrogant and disrespectful, mocked and laughted at people. Very unfortunate environment for such an innovative company.

      PTC has a rampant issue with cronyism - if you are part of the organization through an acquisition, and PTC does a lot of them, you are marked. If you aren't an original PTC employee and consistently have Outstanding annual reviews, there is opportunity for some limited advancement. Original PTC employees, especially those in the PLM segment, are always given preference over better qualified employees who are higher achievers. The good 'ole boys club is alive and well in many forms, especially at the senior leadership level.
