      Pros

      PTC is a great place for any salesperson looking to grow their career The company has won multiple Best Place to Work awards and it shows because they're constantly trying to improve the lives of PTC's employees The sales org. here is top notch. Run by real veterans, some of whom have been at the company for decades.....which is unheard of in the tech industry The Network you will build here will carry you through your careeer, the compensation is in line with the market, and the benefits are excellent If you're looking for a sales role and are able to work at PTC then you will find a warm and embracing culture that will do it's best to help you succeed.

      Cons

      PTC is an old company so some of the internal systems used here are a bit of a mess Also, communicating clear expectations and alignment across the product segments has been a challenge and with so many changes it becomes difficult to focus on the goals at hand. Sometimes even quarter to quarter.
