      Great place to work, most employees are friendly and maintains a great depth of integrity. Promotions are given to those who deserve it and there isn't a lot of bias when it comes to promotions

      Cons

      They keep letting trained people go while hiring new people who require training every year . There is a lot of nepotism going on in the company

      Fast paced, talented people working on cutting edge technology in product development, and IoT. You will never be bored here. You will be challenged.

      Cons

      Frequent rounds of layoffs. High pressure environment. If you're not comfortable with change, and dynamic responsibilities, then PTC is not the place for you.
