Pros
the leadership at PTC has very good intentions. even if some initiatives take time to follow through with, the higher-ups are definitely trying, and making things better for employees. every company has downfalls but overall it's hard to complain about working here...hands-off managers, gym, flexible schedule, free beer. if you really want to make a difference and put in the work towards something, you can accomplish things here. it may just take some time. the technology PTC has is amazing, there are tons of smart people here, we just need to buckle down and get things done. also there is definitely a lot of recognition when individuals do make an impact.
Cons
the office is outside of Boston in the suburbs, I wish we had a downtown location.
