With any corporation there are decisions and programs that work and some that miss the mark when they are rolled out to all of the offices. So it would be easy to list some of the poor ones. Better to look at how the company is actually performing. There is a current trend to lay off experienced people in one location and hire people in cheaper locations. A number of people from my office including me were let go. Given the track record, this is probably not the last lay off. Now it is time to watch whether this works or not.

Permanent layoffs, like twice a year at least. Hard to understand the company direction which is also constantly changing. The CAD business is almost killed and IoT does not produce enough money so far. So the company future is quite unstable.
