      Fast paced company with intelligent, driven, and motivated people. Job responsibilities will challenge you in many ways. It's a sink or swim environment,.

      Cons

      It's a sink or swim environment. Little thought is given to mentoring or growing resources. Growth is your responsibility and you will either grow and swim or become stagnate and sink. The management structure is very top heavy. There are managers of nothing and of no one. There is little cross department support or communication.

      The make quarterly numbers by indiscriminant RIF. It would seem that they are putting all their eggs in the Iot/SCP basket and at the same time, stagnant or reduced funding for existing product lines.
