Pros

Paychecks came on time, benefit options were pretty fair. When I was diagnosed with cancer, they worked hard to make sure I was covered and when I wasn't able to do my job, they offered a generous severance package.

Cons

The company that I had been working for was bought by PTC. We were promised that no one would be fired, which lasted about 6 months, wherein many of the very valuable people from my old company were let go. Working conditions and morale tanked.

Cool Technology. Company continually invests in new things.

Cons

Yearly Turnover and Lousy Mid-Level Mangement. Company does purge every 2 years or so. Pay ceiling. Will replace you with cheap inexperience labor or overseas labor. More important to keep price down than worry about satisfied customer. More bodies to charge customer the better. Jumps on new technologies, at expense of current customers and technology support. Will put millions in newest acquisitions, while at the same time cut outlays on existing products.
