Pros
The team at PTC was fantastic, focused, capable and genuinely committed to building great products. Lots of social events, and opportunities to interact with people and teams you may not usually get to interact with. Room for growth and lots of new challenges to keep things interesting.
Cons
Things were fantastic if senior management was personally interested in the project you were working on (if it was one of their pet projects) but we're less supportive if not. Offshoring of engineering lowering product quality and rate of innovation.
