The place use to have very smart and hard working people, Collaborative Environment.
Cons
Where do I start: - CEO clearly lacks a vision for the compnay. He mainly cares about cashing and selling stocks, or signing autographs for his HBR articles - CFO came with the vision of laying off a lot people to save money - No real culture - No innovation in PLM and CAD (Core Products the company) since they are underfunded, with no one is left to fix bugs. - Acquisitions in the last 10 years destroyed so much values and good companies ( e.g. Arbortext)
