Pros
As many reviews have indicated, your experience will heavily depend on what department you work for. Benefits are ok, initial time off is good and can be good learning experience although most is self training There can be flex time, wfh options but again, it depends on where you are
Cons
There is heavy turnover and frequent org changes. You can be crushed by workload here. Not the friendliest place and the departments seemed heavily segmented. Place is very manager heavy and there seems to be redundancy in a lot of places. Company seems to be throwing darts and buying companies trying to profit from the next software trend meanwhile they are leaving a wake of unrefined products.
