Good company with innovative lead, nice coworkers, provide comprehensive employee benefit. Marketing department has established structure, good for fresh people learning standard procedure.
Cons
Have same issues that many big corporations have: inefficient communication between department and department, each has its own goal and may not aligned well with corporate goal. Long decision making process: meetings for meetings. Front line employees tend not to take risks.
