Pros
1.Windchill is the best product so if u get an opportunity to work in that team go for it. 2. Good paymaster when join n appraisals were good 3. You can become carrom TT player if u stay there for 2 years. 4. if u are hired in scrum teams then u will learn a lot as all scrum masters are good in their job.
Cons
1.Lay off can happen at any time. It happened in Nov 2018 where in PTC integrity majority of people from testing were asked to leave but they pay a good amount based on your stay eg if u have served 3 years u will get 4 months of salary. 2. Work wise it's ok but not that much that u can plan to switch to a big organization.
