Pros

PTC's business is strong. Revenue and profits are growing. The people are smart and hard-working but there's a reasonable work-life balance. The executives are sharp. It seems like there's a good future of profitable growth.

Cons

The cons at PTC are probably the same as any other company of a similar size. Sometimes there are some politics, and I don't always agree with every decision that's made, but generally speaking there aren't any huge downsides to PTC.
