The patient is always the foremost focus and the work always feels meaningful Compensation is great A lot of development opportunities

Cons

Management could be a bit more connected to the daily ongoings by being more involved and attending regular meetings

The food, the regular working people and the Holiday party

Very poor management; Training is extremely poor ( manager sent me YouTube videos for training); Inattentive and lackadaisical HR department; Poor chemical management system ( very dirty labs!)
