      Great place to work overall - a lot of changes

      Pros

      Great place to work overall. Management is very engaged and provides valuable feedback. Patient-focused organization.

      Cons

      Culture shifted after the new CEO, Matt took over. The main drug will go generic next year and likely impact profits. Not a very robust pipeline either. Very little room for advancement.
