Pros
Good co-workers, work ethics, great collaboration, and a lot of learning opportunities. Job satisfaction. Good benefits. The management is trying to minimize spending to stabilize the company until they have stable revenue. Project prioritization and trying to focus on more import and late-stage projects to launch the drugs quickly into the market.
Cons
Uncertainty of business. Job security. Growth is on hold (projects and promotions). Started removing a few benefits offered by the company. There is no growth for employees.
