Too many meeting, no unity or continuity

Good benefits, good PTO/sick time policy, adapted well to remote work, supported remote with reimbursement for internet and required hardware.

Cons

Too many meeting where the can is just kicked around. Once the team finally makes a decision, then reevaluated by higher ups and team restarts from zero. Too much talk from CEO to business community making statements that are hard to keep. 401k company match vests over 4 yrs....so 1980s.
