Some great cross-functional teams to work with on products. Good working conditions, good pay, and benefits.

Cons

Some great people to work with; unfortunately, some managers were allowed to bully staff openly. Lost good people and rattled the working environment.

Good growing company but needs some improvement

Pros

Innovative company. Lots of projects. Fast growing company with great pipeline in small molecule area.

Cons

Seems small company culture is fading away with some bureaucratic big-pharma like mentality infiltrating in some departments. Some folks in department like regulatory follow approaches that are very conservative with no innovative or science based thinking.
