Lots of advancement. Fun Team that actually wants to work together. Standards for Quality Work are high, management promotes from within. Technology that far exceeds what you would expect from a under 2K employee company - Mgmt is open to looking at new tech and ways to better help the users and patients.

Cons

Lots of work (which is also a good thing). Getting adjusted to hybrid work and family life.
