Good communication Friendly Staff Check-ins 2 times a year

They will not give you an annual raise. You have to ask for one.

Really once you start, they don’t interfere. Just check-in. Negotiated the salary I was expecting

Cons

Not able to take out all taxes so having to manage that. Mainly handle technical roles
