      Culture is poisonous, not benefits beyond health, take a huge profit on your work, a job shop more concerned in keeping employees as contract and not direct hire, they approach all employers to convince to hire out on contract though it’s more expensive and reduce professional employees chance of getting direct hire work, disruptive to the industry, no real safety standards
