Pros

- great work life balance - amazing oppurtunities - great atmosphere - great facilities - great job

Cons

feel that there is some systems in place that dont seem relevant for our BU, there are alot of process we have to go through that are frustrating, EG, choosing fabrics before we even start designing, such high testing standards for fashion pieces, lack of future vision- or insecurity of not believing or trusting design and being too concerned what happened last year, (what happened last year is 2016- we are now designing 2018-2 years later not going to be relevant anymore)

Thank you very much for your important feedback! We recently announced a new Creative Director for the Boston Apparel team- effective November, 2016. We look forward to their contributions and impact on the design teams in Boston. Our small team size of Designers allows everyone to play a large and elevated role in the creation of product and truly own their product lines, as you have stated here. Finally, we are not exempt from occasional turnover on our teams across all departments. For Apparel Design, we are lucky to have replaced recent resignations with very talented and creative Designers in the hopes of constantly helping shape the look and feel of our products. We wish you the best for your further career at PUMA!

Pros

The company pays decent and offers a great benefits package. Travel was a great perk as well.

Cons

Departments needs a strong leader to provide astute direction. Indecisive and incompetent departmental management. Abuse of power and Immature tactics used by departmental management. Management continually failed to create an accurate time line calender. In brief, Management failed to Manage and more importantly lead and drive the brand and product into the proper market as needed. .
