Pros

Starting with the interview process, I went into the Westford office twice, both times I was interviewed by 2 different people. From start to finish it took about 3.5 weeks until I got an official offer and accepted. Everyone at Puma is friendly and willing to help others around them. My transition to the culture and workload was easy. They clearly laid out all the steps and slowly gave you work so you can learn the process. They want you to succeed and give you the path to. The work environment is casual yet professional. Supervisors give you the freedom to do your work at your own pace, yet are always around to lend a helping hand.

Cons

Once offered a position, they really pushed you to accept it immediately.

Pros

You will consistently be treated fairly at PUMA. Field management, HR partners, corporate partners are extremely helpful and easy to reach when needed. Goals and expectations are motivating because they are realistic and challenging. I truly do love coming to work everyday, and I do believe I have the greatest boss. Pay is competitive. 401k matching. Great Insurance coverage. Awesome discount. Great product. As a Store Manager I consistently work 40 hours per week. That is unheard of in the retail industry. Vacation time, paid holidays, sick time--I get a ton of time to spend with my family. Our holiday season is joyful rather than stressful with plenty of help with preparation and enough coverage to be successful.

Cons

I wouldn't really list anything as a con. I guess I have to fill this space though in order to submit a review.

Pros

Cool industry, free gear & cool events

Cons

All the downsides of Boston come to light in this office. No diversity & feels click-y like high school.
