      Fun company but some teams can be toxic

      Pros

      Puma hosts really fun events and tries to bring everyone together. They are really proud of their brand and have a great discount wanting you and your friends/family to rep the brand as well. It has a younger, more modern vibe and their new office is great!

      Cons

      Some teams are extremely toxic. You'll feel like you're back in high school. Your work won't matter as much as who does and doesn't like you. You can have an Individual Development Plan, a mentor, take on more work, but still not get promoted or even receive help on getting the skills to get there all dependent on if management likes you or not. It's very cliquey and gossipy. Some teams are actually healthy and have a work life balance but be careful if you're interviewing and they're looking for personality more than experience. Definitely make sure you're really vetting the team during interviews.
