      Poor with staff, poor senior management

      Pay well, offices are nice

      Cons

      Restructure too frequently and communication with teams on restructuring is poor. Strategy seems to be a dirty word, changing very often and is a reflection of weak senior management.

      Too much trust in new manager even though he was tearing team apart for personal promotion chances
