During my time as a sales associate at Puma Outlet Store, I had a disappointing experience with the manager, Michelle. Her managerial skills were lacking, resulting in numerous issues within the workplace. Michelle struggled with effective communication, showed favoritism, and lacked organizational abilities. These shortcomings created a negative work environment and hindered the store's success. I hope the company takes steps to address these management issues for the benefit of the employees and the overall business.

We provide training for our managers enhance their communication and organization skills to ensure stores have a well-balanced environment. • Flexible hours , great working environment, and as well as a great atmosphere. • I would love it more if the base pay was $9.50 but sadly it's not

Cons

•The only downside would be how much you get paid starting off. • Not much is wrong working with puma it just depends who you work with.
