Typical corporate job with it being top heavy with useless management. Managers shift to other manager roles within the company that they still are incompetent at. They'll talk up company culture to lure you in but their leadership culture is severely lacking.

Pros

There is nothing but "pro's" when describing PURE. They treat everyone with respect, they truly believe in work/life balance, and it shows in the way they treat their employees. Every company believes their culture is great. I thought at other companies it was...until I came to PURE and realized they weren't even close. They do things differently at PURE, which sets them apart from everyone else. I couldn't be happier to be a part of this amazing company.
