The culture at PURE is like nothing I've ever experienced in my entire career. Each and every person is empowered to make decisions, respond to members/brokers in real time, and challenged each and every day to be our very best. The training I have received is world class and continues to get better each year. The biggest challenge we are given on a daily basis is to challenge everything, never settle for the status quo, and always ask WHY? This makes for a very exciting work environment! I have been given so many opportunities since joining PURE we are just getting warmed up! The leadership at PURE is second to none and the company is wining because of it.
