The people are awesome and I really believe in our product and the corporate values. Everyone is very encouraging and there is a great team based atmosphere.

Cons

The salaries are not as competitive as I would like (but I think that could be said of many companies).

I don't even know where to start. From day one I have been blown away by the opportunities and experiences that have presented themselves. The people I work with make coming into work every day a blast. I consider most of them very close friends and they truly do make work enjoyable. The people I work for are just as incredible. The integrity and character exhibited by these leaders is rare and to be treasured. I know how fortunate I am to have the bosses that I do. They support me, encourage me and truly care about my success and my happiness. Ross and his team are incredible. The talent and business genius that they bring to the table is unbelievable. I can honestly that I am incredibly proud to work for this company and plan on staying here for a very, very long time.
