Cons

Part of a corporate environment involves lots of sign offs by executives/higher ups before being able to proceed. Lack of flexibility to make your own schedule.

- I use my brain to think at all times during the day which allows me to problem solve and think on my feet, no request is the same as another - Small team so we are all very close with one another - I feel like I am actually making a difference in our membership by being in this role - I have the best manager who is very involved and supportive of my growth at the company
