Where to start?!!! Amazing organization that makes you feel at home. Over many years of different employers in the same industry, I can say I’m retiring from Pure, in many more years to come. Only interview I was never nervous in and felt so welcomed and was able to be me. Great training, so many options for additional learning and the leaders really encourage growth and are 100% on your side to help you grow. Did I say 100% on your side? Yes, not just for the company to grow but for you, as an individual as well. Amazing benefits all around. Work/Life balance is encouraged. Don’t get me wrong, there are times you want to finish your work by going in an hour early or staying an hour late (few and far between). Key word- Want, because you’ll love your job and what you are doing and those minimal days of extra work will not matter.

PURE is lucky to have a fabulous management team. Incredibly sharp and focused on both short and long-term priorities. Additionally, the emphasis on empathy and alignment of interest has differentiated it from the stock holder competitors in the space.
