Excellent coworkers, everyone is aligned in their passion to deliver great service and continue to get better. Leaders are transparent and focus on your development. They react to feedback and take time to listen. The work is challenging but rewarding. You bond with those in your training class and start out your career with a good group of work friends to lean on. There are a lot of office events, lunches, and opportunities to have fun.

Cons

Things can change often so you need to be ready to adapt.

I have never worked for an organization that genuinely understands that to take care of and serve our external partners or members we must first take care of our teams. I have been set up for success since day one, and ultimately have no desire to work anywhere else. I have worked in several industries and understand the grass is most certainly not greener, unless of course you find the PURE Green grass!

Cons

My 5 star review of comp and benefits below is accurate but focuses on the benefits. We have some of the best benefits I have ever experienced along with spectacular workplace culture. Ultimately regarding the culture, you get what you put in. If you lean in you'll never want to leave! My one Con is I believe that our comp structure could be adjusted / more reflective of the responsibilities and inflationary market that has taken place in our current climate.

Cons

Lack of diversity in leadership/women etc. It is something they need to be more purposeful about. Overall great place to work.
